Are you sensing a trend here? (Other than the fact that housework is clearly not a priority in my life.)

A new chance to thank God for giving me another day.
A new chance to bring God into my decision making.

A new chance to see God in the everyday.
May God bless you this new year, and may you appreciate and wisely use each new beginning you are given.
